GNC aims to inspire people to live well. Whether someone is an athlete or just starting to focus on their health, we want to deliver the cutting-edge, efficacious ingredients and products they deserve.
Stopped in this afternoon to grab some creatine and browse supplements, and the experience was honestly ridiculous. The only employee was hiding in the back and came out acting like helping a customer was the last thing he wanted to be doing. While I was shopping, he kept staring at me, sighing, and sucking his teeth like I was some kind of problem for simply being in the store.
By the time I went to check out, the attitude somehow got worse. I tried to be polite and asked how he was doing, and he wouldn’t even make eye contact—just said “chilling” in a dismissive, condescending tone.
If this is how customers are treated, management seriously needs to take a look at who they’re hiring. This wasn’t just bad customer service—it was outright disrespectful. If interacting with customers is that much of an issue, this employee has no business working a retail job.

This place is out here with incorrect pricing tags on their products and changing prices at the register arguing with customers with terrible attitudes trying to run a business.
I know for a fact, GNC corporate would not agree with this type of work ethic. I’m also sure price fixing and changing prices once you get to the register is highly illegal so I’ll be reporting this to The consumer protection agency.
Some new man in here claiming to be the general manager is out here, turning away customers instead of just giving them the product for the price that is listed on the tag.
All this terrible attitude and bad customer service stuff in Camden has to stop.
Highly disappointed it won’t be returning.

My daughter and I went to the Camden store a few weeks ago the guy (Brandon---Rico) who helped us was very knowledgeable and helped us make decisions on which protein powders and bars we wanted to try.

I went to GNC for the first time yesterday and my experience was by far outstanding! The employees there were so nice and knowledgeable about their product. I spoke with Brandon/Rico and he was so nice to me and my family. He spoke with me about how they took over the store in really bad shape back in September and is trying to bring back clientele. I highly recommend GNC of camden to anyone looking for supplements!
