  Called in because I knew this store had a bottle of what I wanted. I was in, 2 days before. Gentleman didn't even leave the phone and told me they didn't have it. Drove down. Found it myself. He seemed annoyed the NFL stopped playing at work..... flirting with the other girl who didn't seem to work there but was hanging out. He was even more annoyed when I brought the bottle of what he said was not sold there, to the register. St John's Wort. People like this make Amazon rich. GNC customer service... not sure this is your standard. Wouldn't even respond to my rather satisfied "Have a nice day".

  DO NOT GO HERE. I’d give a zero start if I could. Idk what happened to this gnc but the manager there now is insane. He’s treated me incredibly rude everytime(as in making comments like that’s what happens when you don’t listen). And this last time I thought I can be in and out quick but nope; he decides to talk trash to the coworker right in front of me and after I just walked out and left, they all gathered out front, waved for me to come back, then flicked me off as I drove off. This dude will literally trash talk you to your face then say I’m talking to my coworker. I’ve had 3 crazy interactions like this so far with the same guy.

  This store has great management. The workers are very friendly & helpful as soon as you walk through the door.

  Stopped in this afternoon to grab some creatine and browse supplements, and the experience was honestly ridiculous. The only employee was hiding in the back and came out acting like helping a customer was the last thing he wanted to be doing. While I was shopping, he kept staring at me, sighing, and sucking his teeth like I was some kind of problem for simply being in the store. By the time I went to check out, the attitude somehow got worse. I tried to be polite and asked how he was doing, and he wouldn’t even make eye contact—just said “chilling” in a dismissive, condescending tone. If this is how customers are treated, management seriously needs to take a look at who they’re hiring. This wasn’t just bad customer service—it was outright disrespectful. If interacting with customers is that much of an issue, this employee has no business working a retail job.
