  I've been using Northside Vision for many years now. I had my annual eye exam yesterday and all went well. They were even able to repair my primary prescription glasses I had recently broken at no charge. Dr. Stiling is very thorough, a trustworthy professional, respectful, and kind. I trust her in managing my vision care.

  AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! I should have learned when they ordered the wrong prescription for my wife. They told me to fill out the paperwork I had of time that way I could get Wright in at my appointment time. I still had to wait an hour for my eye exam. After the eye exam, I want to look at frames, and their selection of frames is abysmal. Apparently, the reason that they wanted my medical insurance on top of my very Good vision insurance is because They wanted to bill my medical insurance since I’m diabetic. They do the exact same tests that they normally do, but wanted to bill it to my medical insurance instead of to my vision insurance. They did this so that way they could extract more money out of me. I shouldn’t have had to pay more than $40 for the first exam that they did, But I ended up having to pay $201 because I have not met my medical deductible yet. I am never recommending them to anybody. I will never go back.
