I feel stronger, more limber, and my posture has improved. The instructors and owner/instructor, Annie, are always very welcoming, attentive, supportive and encouraging. I have made so many great friends at this studio and it is always a fun time to come to class. Highly recommend!!!

It is a very encouraging environment with top notch instructors who are helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I have made new friends and look forward to each class. I am stronger, with better posture and feel tone and in shape!
