  About the eye doctors specifically: Jan 2026 I was informed I have cataracts, but with my corrective lens vision being 20/25, no need for surgery. Feb 2026 got my glasses. Immediately reported the right was blurry. Tech stated it might take a few days. July 2023, went in stating my right glass lens has been blurry from the very start. Nick took 3 minutes in a rushed, bothered state, and expressed I needed surgery and referred me to Bishops Eye Center, yet Jan, no surgery needed. I have suffered with completely blurred vision ever since. I have an appt w Bishops in October. I will never trust Pearl Vision again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “I had a great experience at Pearle Vision! I got my prescription glasses here and my vision is excellent now — everything is crystal clear. The staff was professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this place if you need quality prescription eyewear!

  I would give Brian and this location more stars if they were available. I purchased glasses from this location about 2-3 years ago. The nose piece on my previous pair had broken. The person helping me was Brian. He was very knowledgeable and said he could order the replacement piece for my glasses. I decided to repurchase the same frames but in a little smaller size/scale. I had the other pair repaired as a back up pair. I recently had the same problem with my nose piece. I had moved to another city and when I went to that location, they said they could not order the part and were unwilling to help me in any way unless I wanted to buy new frames. What a big disappointment! I promptly called Brian, sent him a picture of my frames and the broken part. He is ordering the part for me and having it mailed to me. I would have driven the two hours back to Bluffton for this kind of service however was very grateful that he could help me over the phone. Other locations should learn from this type of customer service if they want to grow their business and keep the loyalty of their customer base. Pearl Vision of Bluffton should be very proud to have such an excellent employee as Brian who is willing to go the extra mile for customers and show that he cares. Job well done!

  Brian has always been professional, friendly, and always 'takes care' of my needs. In fact, I always make sure that Brian is working that day before I go to this location so that I can deal with him (nothing against other employees, it's just that Brian is that good). It's a pleasure to deal with someone who knows what they're doing.

  Just wanted to thank you Brian for his help with securing our Meta Glasses. He was very professional and helpful. He definitely went above and beyond for both my husband and I. We left Pearl Vision very happy. Definitely coming back.
