It's a pleasure to deal with someone who knows what they're doing.

We contacted this location where he had them made at his last visit. We explained the situation. They said no problem! Here’s where it gets really good…..we got there and they wouldn’t take a penny from us. They gave us his glasses at no charge! ❤️ Thank you!! Btw…my son is doing well. He is 38 and had to have bypass heart surgery due to end stage renal failure. He has a wife and a 7yr old boy and he made it through the surgery great! Now onto a kidney transplant! Again, thank you and God bless! There are still angels out there just without wings. 🥰

They were supposed to be the same prescription as my usual lenses and I tried repeatedly to wear them but they remained blurry because of placement. I am appalled by their laissez faire attitude toward patients, or should I say customers. I was not encouraged to return or made aware of 90 day period or I would not have ordered from this location as I would not be returning for months and they were informed of that when ordering. It is inconceivable that they think I would place another order when they did not get this pair right.
