  Writing to share an excellent customer service experience at Miracle Ear, Bluffton. We are traveling and left our hearing aid charging case at home. Donna and Beth were able to promptly procure for us a charging case compatible with the hearing aids, enabling a continued enjoyable vacation. We are very grateful for their cheerful and effective customer care.

  absolute incredible specialist/ hearing aid specialist / technician Beth .. knowledgeable, patient , kind, compassionate, skilled & just a beautiful person!!! Donna the administrative desk asst is just as kind, compassionate, helpful & just lovely ! Office is so welcoming !! They have been just so wonderful with my 93 year old Mom!

  So often you purchase something and then you leave the island, metaphorically. Not here, they’re with you regardless of your issue. It’s now been 18 months and their responsiveness hasn’t altered even a little. Beth and her staff are always there for you. You certainly get what you pay for.
