I've used GNC for years and have been a Pro Member for years. I've never had an issue using the order online and pick up in-store until I came across this store. I placed an online order waited a little bit and then used the chat option to see why it was taking so long and they informed the store was out of stock. So I placed a new order and confirmed it was in-stock, waited a few hours with no order updates so I went to the store only for them to tell me they cancelled both of my orders due to to much of a loss of profit. I used GNC rewards and my pro status to use my discount just to be told I couldn't use it because they weren't making enough money. That is not how you do business. I am telling all friends and family to steer clear of this business.
