Did not find it difficult at all and I really enjoyed the class, especially having such highly certified instructors. All of the instructors I met there were very nice . I will try some private classes soon

As someone who has zero experience with Pilates I was pretty nervous even trying this out with all the intimidating equipment and movements. Lynne really made me feel comfortable and showed us how to use each piece of equipment to prevent injury. I even apologized several times and she corrected me saying nothing to be sorry about. I felt so comfortable during the session I signed up for three months and will probably continue after that. Highly recommend anyone to do the intro class first!
