She performed and explained the hearing tests and results to me and answered any questions that I had. She showed me various hearing aids that would be appropriate for my hearing needs. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because I had to fill out all the patient forms, I’d and insurance information when I got there because they did not have it from the online submission I did days before and got an acknowledgment of receipt from them. I’m leaning towards purchasing from them soon.
