- BSBrittany SimsSep 13, 20261.0I placed an order for pickup several days ago, today was the last day to pick it up so I made a 50 minute drive to pick up my items. I got there around 3:00 pm and they were closed. Lights off except for one and the door locked. There was a sign on the door saying they would be back at 11:00 so that leads me to believe they never even opened today. According to the times on the door they should have opened at 11:00 today. I never shop at GNC but picked this one because they had a certain flavor energy drink that I wanted. I definitely will spend my money elsewhere after the experience I had today. Called customer service and they tried calling the store but of course couldn't get in touch with anybody. He said for me to come back tomorrow which I refused so the guy cancelled my order. So mad and disappointed.
