- DCDouglas CAug 2, 20261.0One of those corporate places that has way too many customers and very very few employees. Had a 1235 appointment, was seen at 1:20. After the appointment, walked across the hall to get some glasses and stood around for 15 minutes before being told I’d have to get on a waiting list and would be #6 on the list . Safe to say I would have ended up spending 3 + hours at an eye doctor for a 10 minute eye check and picking out glasses that shouldn’t have taken longer than 20 or 30 minutes. Find a locally owned eye doctor if you can. End of the day, took my prescription to LensCrafters across the street and ordered some glasses in about 30 minutes

I signed in at the front, and waited. 4 people came in after me and all signed in and were helped before me. Another woman walked in, didnt even sign in and was helped before me. No one looked at the sign in sheet. I ended up having to cross my name off the list and left with my children, after almost a hour of waiting. Very disappointed.

I could bring back and have added for an additional $125. Their mistake and they wanted me to pay for it. The sales lady did not apologize for the error and had a do not care attitude. Will not be going back.😣😣😣
