FYI: If you already have frames and want lenses, polish your plastic frames before you go in! XD After waiting over an hour, they refused to put lenses in my frames. They said the plastic on the frame is dull, and they can’t risk it on 6-month-old glasses. Like, come on, guys, have you ever heard of plastic dulling just from cleaning? Sounds like they just wanted that extra profit from a frame sale. I'm currently at LensCrafters having them done; no problem. Save yourself a trip; this place is a joke

Need to hire more staff, had the only employee around here running around. I was here for over two hours, and saw three people leave cause of the wait. Not the employees fault at all they were working the entire time.

Absolutely amazing experience first time getting glasses and had to drive here from a hour and a half away because they were the only people that could make what I needed same day. Victoria was amazing and efficient. Idk the guy I talked to on the phone the day before but he assume they could get it done no problem and they did they got 2 pairs for me done in under 30min. I’ll take the drive out here and day for this kind of service 10/10 thanks again!!

Definitely not enough people working on a Saturday... We've been waiting for over 2 hours!! They really need to address the long wait times... They say 1st come 1st serve ..

One of those corporate places that has way too many customers and very very few employees. Had a 1235 appointment, was seen at 1:20. After the appointment, walked across the hall to get some glasses and stood around for 15 minutes before being told I’d have to get on a waiting list and would be #6 on the list . Safe to say I would have ended up spending 3 + hours at an eye doctor for a 10 minute eye check and picking out glasses that shouldn’t have taken longer than 20 or 30 minutes. Find a locally owned eye doctor if you can. End of the day, took my prescription to LensCrafters across the street and ordered some glasses in about 30 minutes
