  The staff at Anderson Wellness Center were professional and welcoming. This was my first visit, but there's no doubt that Dr. Steely cares and is concerned about getting me to feeling my best!

  0 STARS for Customer Service, Transparency and Professionalism!! I had a frustrating experience trying to book an new patient appointment with Anderson Wellness Center. When I called and spoke to the young lady that answered the phone, she was unable to let me know the name of the provider I would be seeing—something I consider a very basic and reasonable request. Instead, when I asked her why that was she said "just because", which felt evasive, unprofessional and lacking in transparency. I called back and spoke to the office manager and she said "I am not sure why she said that but maybe she didn't want to give out any personal information". I was only asking for the name of the provider I would be seeing. Not sure why it would be kept a secret??? It felt like they wanted me to think I was seeing the doctor but not tell me that I would be seeing someone else, which immediately raised red flags. In any professional healthcare or wellness setting, transparency should be the bare minimum. As a patient, I believe it’s important to know who I’m trusting with my care before scheduling anything. Not being given that simple detail made me uncomfortable and ultimately led me to look elsewhere. It felt evasive and unprofessional—how can a patient make an informed decision without knowing who they are booking with? This lack of basic communication made me lose confidence in the practice before even stepping foot inside. There are plenty of places that respect their clients enough to be upfront and clear.

  Dr. Steely and all her staff at Anderson Wellness Center are amazing! I’ve been dealing with hip pain for years. I’ve been treated by many other specialists…but Dr. Steely has found the root of the problem is actually in my back. Her adjustments are the best I’ve ever had, and the rest of the treatments are really making a difference. I’m not “fixed” yet, but I’m on my way. Thank you!

  My wife came to see Dr Steely for a hormone imbalance. She was looking for a more natural way of doing this. She had a consultation with Dr Steely and with a lil testing a plan was decided on. With the supplement plan she is on things are working amazingly. Just want to say thank you to Dr Steely. and her staff. Thanks for helping come up with a solution
