- KCKarina CyprianoJun 24, 20265.0I’ve been treating with Dr. Steely for quite some time now, and I can honestly say I’ve seen a huge difference in so many aspects of my life. I originally started treatment because of forward neck posture, neck inflammation after a car accident, and constant shoulder and neck pain that would keep me from sleeping well at night. Through the adjustments, laser treatments, and rehab program at Anderson Wellness Center, I’ve improved so much. I sleep through the night now, my posture is getting better little by little, and I don’t wake up feeling stiff and uncomfortable all the time anymore. One thing I really appreciate about Dr. Steely is her long-term approach. These kinds of issues don’t happen overnight, and they don’t get fixed overnight either. Most of us spend our days looking down at phones, working on computers, and putting stress on our bodies without realizing it. She really focuses on helping you create lasting improvements and better habits over time. I also always leave my adjustments feeling lighter and better mentally and physically. It almost feels therapeutic in a way. I’m really happy I found Anderson Wellness Center and grateful for all the progress I’ve made there.
