  Tali was great! She is newer to this office and loved her. Also Christine at the front desk was welcoming, overall a great experience and I will be back for my check up.

  Other than Dr. Osteen being a very friendly and kind doctor, I would not recommend this office. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone at the Anderson 81 location. The front desk staff are rude, and if you need to speak with someone about a billing issue, good luck. You’re told they’ll “look into it” or a manager will call but you never receive a follow-up unless you physically go to the office yourself. Every time I’ve tried to get answers, there has been a different excuse. I was even told that the office staff was not properly trained because they’re “new”, which was given as the reason I had received incorrect information. If you’re a self-pay patient, I would strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about all potential charges before agreeing to any procedures. My experience with the billing process was extremely frustrating. I felt like I was given conflicting information and then left to deal with the situation on my own. I feel completely misled by this office. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to follow through make this an office I will never recommend to anyone.

  I went in last week with my elderly mother and the receptionist was efficient but also patient with my mother who can be a handful. We saw Robert and he listened and made us feel taken care of. Thank you to your team.

  My parents attend this practice and honestly this past visit was a breath of fresh air. The front desk was inviting at both check in and check out. We waited a little while but it was handled professionally (they were packed) and when we got to the room our doctor made sure we were not rushed. She took the time to let each of my parents address their concerns and actually listen.

  The Dr. did a mohs surgery on my face and it left a large puffy area at the bottom of the incision. It's been 2 years and is still present. Also, the younger Dr. cut 2 places off my upper arm without consulting me first. He did it so fast I didn't have time to stop him. I had much rather be positive but I felt I should be honest and I've not had a positive experience at this place.
