- COCorry OliverAug 20, 20261.0Incredibly expensive and disorganized. 3 hours for an eye exam, $90 for one pair of trial lenses, $20 to watch a YouTube video on taking our contacts, a technician who couldn’t help but loudly remark about everything wrong with her day and how overwhelmed she was at every chance she could. She’d even be so kind as to give annoyed looks whenever you needed something and make remarks to make you feel dumb for not knowing what you were waiting on them for. She forgot about me for 30 minutes after I signed in. I know she forgot about me because she was helpful in telling me multiple times. I don’t think anyone knew what was going on at that place and nobody wanted to share information. Dr was patient and pleasant. I just can’t go back after a quick eye appointment turning into such a disorganized mess.
