Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Wu was very thorough and attentive. Carrie worked tirelessly to help my husband and I find just the right frames all the while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vast selection of frames as well as friendly and attentive service, 5 stars ⭐️!!!

- DDDJun 15, 20261.0Extremely disorganized and highly unprofessional. The staff routinely promises to call you back but never does. During my first visit, both the technician doing my eye test and the receptionist checking me out explicitly complained that they didn't know what they were doing and that the office was chaotic. Worse, after Dr. Wu mentioned serious potential concerns like glaucoma and an eye stroke, my follow-up trial lenses were never even ordered. They were supposed to be re-ordered, but it has been nearly three months since my first appointment, and I still don't have them. Dr. Wu did give me a "similar" trial lense that were not my "actual prescription". She told me she needed to dilate my eyes to test again for the eye stroke and glaucoma , but she didn't want to test me again until I receive my trial lenses.Again months later , and I am still waiting. Avoid this place if you want reliable eye care.I went to another eye doctor and was told I do not have glaucoma or an eye stroke. They also ordered me trial lenses within 2 weeks. Please read the negative reviews on here before you consider going to this place.
