Dr. Barrett did a fantastic job with my exam, his assistant (whose name I did not catch) was helpful and polite, and the saleswoman, Natalie, was AWESOME! Natalie did a superb job helping my work out an issue with my EyeMed insurance, as well as assisting me with finding frames that worked with my new prescription. I certainly was not an easy customer today, and Natalie did an astounding job working with me. My only complaint is that the chairs in the waiting area for the eye exam were quite uncomfortable. There is a certainly a space constraint (the waiting area is not very large), but I think some padded chairs - instead of un-padded, metal folding chairs - would go a long way to making the waiting experience better.

She was very professional and knowledgeable. She didn’t mind walking around with me helping me pick out different frames. Once I found a pair that I liked the style of but not the color, she looked to see if that frame came in different colors. I am satisfied with the frames I selected and glad to have her assist me.
