  I have been going to Family Med Center around 10 years and I have always been treated well. Dr Tam and his nurse are so nice and caring. 💝. It’s the only Drs office I’ve ever been to that I know they care. And also the receptionist is always friendly and courteous. As far as I’m conserned it’s the best Drs office in Aiken and the surrounding area.

  Dr. Tam will literally drop you the day before your appointment as a patient for being in the hospital and unable to make a visit. Knowing you need diabetes meds. Don't go here, the staff is rude and incompetent. The ER is a better option. This place is evil. Then they won't even offer a 30 day supply of the meds Tam knows you need to live. Don't just avoid this place RUN far far away

  Don’t waste your time. You will be waiting for at least 2 hours to be seen. I told them I thought I had an ear infection, which should be an easy in and out. But I ended up being in the back for over 2 hours, I genuinely thought they forgot about me. I asked how much longer the wait would be after I hit the 2 hour mark and they said “any minute” then I waited another hour.

  The employees are there just to get a check. They need to remodel the place and get more qualified doctors.
