  Honestly, I used to love this place, but my last interaction with them has made me rethink buying my glasses here. I have bought multiple pairs of glasses here over the last 3 years using my vision insurance. 2 years ago, I bought a pair of sunglasses as my additional pair, and spent a good deal of money of the lenses. As I recall, I got polarized lenses, which caused these sunglasses to be around $100, even though the frames themselves were on the cheaper end. After I received them, I initially thought they were alright, but I usually got a headache after wearing them. Something just didn’t feel quite right. Anyway, I ended up taking them to the store within that year because the arm of the frame became loose, and I asked them about them if the lenses were correct. If I recall correctly, they assured me they were correct, and fixed the arm. Fast forward to 2025, since I wasn’t very happy with those sunglasses, I used my vision insurance to get progressive lenses. Then in 2026, I decided to take these old sunglasses in to see about getting the lenses swapped out, because I’ve never been happy with them. Come to find out, the lenses have been incorrect this whole time! They had reversed my prescription, so the lenses were made for the wrong eye. I can understand an error, but their customer service left a bad feeling. They didn’t offer to correct it; instead, I had to buy a whole new pair! This entire thing was their fault, and they didn’t care because it was 2 years ago. Also, like other people have mentioned in their reviews, they did not adequately disclose that they added a $50 warranty to my bill, making my purchase significantly more expensive. This is not a way to do business. Sadly, I think I will be looking for another place to get my glasses in 2027.

  Dr. Hoover was quick and thorough. Shoutout to Britanni! She was very personable. She was extremely patient with us and worked through her lunch break to help us. When I go back she will be the one I ask for to help with my glasses.

  The staff is great and knowledgeable. The only problem I had was not getting a text that my second pair was ready. So glad they came to Aiken! They took my VSP with no problem.

  Friendly I technicians in there. If you have a problem with your glasses they definitely try to fix it
