  After my experience with a root canal with Dr. Jack, we will never go there again. I had a root canal at the end of January 2026. I was in so much pain after the procedure in my jaw especially at rhe injection spot, that I went back after a week because the pain was not getting better. I also explained that the antibiotics also caused ulcers throughout mouth. Dr. Jack proceeded to push his finger into my jaw and “state your bite is off”. He shaved down my one back molar and sent me on my way. The pain was intense where I was taking Tylenol and Motrin around the clock. The medicine did not touch the pain. A couple days later, the pain was unbearable and on a Saturday, I reach out to the dentist office emergency “email”. Dr. Jack emailed me back and put me back on antibotics. I ended up at urgent care same day and had to get a shot of Toradal just to deal with the pain. The following Monday I had my appointment first thing in the morning with Dr. Jack that was scheduled from the original root canal. I went to the office and was told they Dr. Jack cancelled my appointment and referred me out. They office tried to reach me to let me know but did not get a hold of me. The front desk had to tell me they could not see me but Dr. Jack never spoke to me. I went to the specialist to make an appointment since it was down the street. When I walked in the front desk staff looked at me and was shocked how much pain I was in, they pulled me in and looked at my teeth. The specialist said the tooth that was shaved down was the tooth that needed the root canal. The specialist completed the root canal which within a day the pain was “gone”. I had to eat soft food for almost 3 months while going through this back and forth with Dr. Jack. Sadly I had to finish the the root canals filling with Dr. Jack because of insurance. This experience has left me apprehensive about any dentist. I could go further about more things but this was the “last straw”.

  I am thankful for a Dental office who cares about their patients and treats them with the utmost respect with supreme dental care. The office staff are friendly, the hygienists are top rated, and Dr. B gets to know you as a person not just a patient. The office is clean and very welcoming! Made my six-month appointment and will return.

  The BEST dentist I have ever been to. Incredible staff who listened and paid attention to detail. Thank you Kathi, for taking the time to understand what I needed with my dental health, and explaining what was relevant. If you've ever felt apprehensive about going to the dentist, this is where you should go!
