Personally, I felt I was bothering them by repeatedly calling and asking them to explain or redo something. However, they were happy to explain and redo it anyway.

I have used other places around here which one I would make an appointment and I’d wait over an hour to get seen overall it would be 3 hours . And then the other one I went to because they always have 2 for $ specials and I should have known offering 2 for the price of one that quality wouldn’t be best . But I didn’t and they just didn’t work out . But I found a dram that feels sturdy looks good and I love ❤️. But the staff was what made this experience great. Everyone I encountered from the moment I walked in was awesome . Very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I mean the actual dr who I saw was just amazing herself very smart and she seemed like she genuinely listened to me when I spoke about what was going on since my last visit at an eye dr. She was also sweet and nice . I could tell it was a genuinely nice person who I was speaking with . Not someone faking it for their job . Also I like that it was an actual dr . The one place I went to was all like via zoom or something but my last few exams I had were a tech moving the things and a dr via video running it . It just weirded me out . I’m old school I guess I like a normal in person visit . Anyways I loved my visit and I will be back next year very satisfied with everything and that store as a whole place . Just a wonderful experience and I was worried they seemed busy , but they ran like a finely oiled machine . Very smooth and efficient.
