  This pharmacy has really went down hill after Andy and Jacob left. My husband and I Stopped using this pharmacy a couple months back. Prescriptions never filled on time. I’ve been a loyal customer to this pharmacy for the past 14 years and never had issues picking up prescriptions until after Andy and now Jacob left. When Andy was there my prescription were filled within 2 hours of being sent in!!! Jacob was an Amazing pharmacist too. Once andy and Jacob left it turned into a waiting game and complete nightmare to pick up prescriptions. My prescriptions were never filled on time!! I have absolutely NO IDEA how Chris is still employed. very rude and dishonest. He humiliated me the last time I went in, in front of a line of customers, because of his own error of miscounting my supply. He mistakenly told me it was too early to fill when it in fact wasn’t too early. Once he realized he made a mistake & miscounted, he filled the prescription but never apologized. He’s customer service is horrendous. After the last encounter left me nearly in tears I stopped using this pharmacy and switched to cvs. No more fear or anxiety over picking up my medication. No more dishonesty from the pharmacy telling me it’s too soon to pick up when it’s not too soon. Caution do not use his pharmacy unless you are willing to wait hours or days for them to fill it. Every time I walked into the pharmacy I had extreme anxiety because the pharmacist made me feel I was being judged for the medication prescribed to me. I took my business to cvs where Im treated with respect and my prescriptions are filled within an hour!

  Usually always have what I need. People who work there are very helpful and friendly and there is a great pharmacy there

  There is nowhere else I would rather be for 53 minutes of my day. I wish I was exaggerating but I have the exact time stamp of when I got in line because I made a bet via text on how long my wait would be this time. My doctor's office put in my prescription no more than 5 days ago but when I went to pick it up they said they had absolutely nothing for me on file. This is not the first time that they either did not have anything filled or they put my prescription back on the shelf. After already waiting in line for 10 minutes they told me they can have it filled within the next 10 minutes. Let's just say it was FAR more than a 10-minute wait and there went my afternoon plans

  Jake was a WONDERFUL Pharmacist. He was very professional and kind. So sad to hear that he relocated out of State.
