  Everything was easy and good, from the eye exam to the choosing of frames. Everyone was knowledgeable. The doctor was great and educational. I was pleasantly surprised that the total price was less than my last pair of glasses!

  Apparently, the doctor my son saw is a part-time doctor. My son has been having headaches. He was seen and referred to a pediatric ophthalmologist. They called me from the pediatrician’s office and pretty much said they would do the same thing, but I would have to pay out of pocket. I called LensCrafters back and asked them to write my son a prescription and see if it helps with his headaches. I was told I would have to wait until my son’s ophthalmologist returns on 7/8. That’s a long time. They need a backup doctor to handle any issues that may arise in her absence. The guy I spoke to said he would ask other ophthalmologists in the office and give me a call back, but you know that didn’t happen. It never does—poor customer service. We’ve been going there for years. This is our last time there, and I will be returning my daughter’s glasses that we bought from them. My daughter is also a patient there. They aren’t getting my money .

  Really nice!!, very friendly people that work in there, Todd the optician super friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and help with everything, also they have great deals and discounts too.
