    Dr. Lauren Goldberg provided an exceptional experience during my eye exam. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I truly appreciated her attention to detail, caring attitude, and willingness to answer all of my questions without rushing. She made the entire visit comfortable and reassuring from start to finish. In addition, the entire office staff provided amazing customer service. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the visit, which made the overall experience even better.     The exam was good but my son and I waited 15 minutes for someone to be able to just check us out. Both employees were helping people with glasses and we just needed to check out. There needs to be someone just checking people out and answering phones.
