  5/13 Today, My daughter and I had EXCELLENT customer service from the time we walked into the establishment until departing. JASON provided a caring/sincere demeanor throughout the transaction; his knowledge of frames, prescriptions and accessories are phenomenal. Initially, LISA assisted with our transaction, (adjustments for comfortable fit) as she too, was professional and took time explaining the details of eyewear to ensure we were satisfied.

  Doctor was unprofessional esp about asking about tints and a head injury/migraines I have. My insurance only covered exam and not frames/lens which should have been discussed upfront so I didn’t have to go to two different places. They’re all about designer frames and not about serving individual needs. They offer discount and financing but not was stand-off ish. Disappointed but Walmart Vision Center on Perkiomen Ave Jake & Monica provided exceptional customer service, knowledgeable, caring and patient.

  Plus another 5 stars for going above and beyond Thank You Lisa!! I have always had wonderful service and have been treated kindly and respectful Today I got a scratch on one of my lenses, new glasses, didn’t get insurance So I called just a why not call didn’t think I could really get anything done My fault for not getting the insurance Lisa said she would see what she could do An hour and a half later Lisa called got new lenses for me!! A one and done could not have come at a better time Thank you!!

  Wish I could give NO stars. I had such high expectations, going to Pearle Vision, since my last few pair had been from "Americas Best" for $89 for 2 pair. I ended up spending $290 for no line bifocals, and when they came in, they weren't right. I told the person helping me that I could not see with them on, and he said I had to give it a week for my eyes to get used to it. I explained that I COULD NOT read with then in front of him, and I could not see across the room. I did much better WITHOUT them on. He insisted I give it time. Now, a week later, I have migraines, and can not drive or function wearing these. Almost like they are the wrong prescription. I called back today, and his answer was "I do not know how to wear glasses. They wouldn't take them back, as they were the prescription the dr ordered (their Dr). He said I should buy 2 pair, one for distance and one for reading. Stay away. The days of Pearle Vision being a "name Brand" is over. They are now the "McDonalds" of vision centers. Betting this one will end up in Small Claims Court to get my refund. Specifically stay away from "Christopher" who reads from the "company script" when helping you. again, fast food vision care.

  My visit was a great experience. I mentioned that I was going on vacation in 4 days and they placed my order on the fast track and 2 pairs were ready for pickup in 2 days! I was more than thrilled! I will definitely be returning.
