After 3 visits of “try this and try that” my 30 days were up to get a new pair. There were no solutions but to “deal with it or buy a new pair”. I came to Wyomissing and hands down! No disappointment here! The manager was beyond willing to help! The first of LensCrafters employees that was actually happy and excited about her job! We did some trial and error tests but she more than willingly ordered me a fresh frame to start over! I’m extremely excited to finally enjoy my glasses and have them sit comfortably again!
