Dr. Kaitlin Kozell, OD, is a dedicated optometrist committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered eye care. Born and raised in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, Dr. Kozell has a deep connection to the communities she serves and is passionate about giving back to the region that shaped her. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Millersville University before pursuing her Doctor of Optometry degree at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. Dr. Kozell is an active member of both the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, reflecting her commitment to staying at the forefront of her field and providing the highest standard of care. Dr. Kozell’s philosophy as a physician centers on empowerment and education. She believes that informed patients are better equipped to make decisions about their eye health, and she strives to ensure every patient feels confident and cared for. She treats each individual with the same compassion and respect she would want for her own family members. Deeply rooted in her local community, Dr. Kozell looks forward to serving patients in the areas surrounding Gilbertsville, including Reading, Allentown, and the greater Philadelphia region. She has participated in community outreach programs through the Pennsylvania Optometric Association and plans to continue her involvement in initiatives that expand access to quality eye care. Outside of the office, Dr. Kozell enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, and playing volleyball, bringing a well-rounded and energetic approach to both her personal and professional life.
