Windber Home Health

Serving all of Somerset and Cambria Counties and parts of Bedford County, Windber Home Health provides patients with continuity of care-from hospital or other facility to home. Direct patient care, support, and education is provided by Registered Nurses, Certified Nurses Aides, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists. We help patients function as independently as possible in their own homes.
