Most of the time they do not answer the phone and when they do they tell me they are on the ups truck arriving that day and they will call me as soon as the truck arrives and of course the truck never arrives and I don’t receive my glasses. They have told me this 4 times now. I am in the process of disputing it with my insurance company but I can not go somewhere else’s until this is resolved . Save yourself a big headache and a bunch of lies and do not wastes your time and money here. They are a scam!

Rosie is awesome and great spirit and works very hard in there being Alone in there dealing with customers in rage or in peace , she still carries herself very professional and attentive! Thanks for my glasses and if she wasn’t there I don’t know if I would go back cause I usually go somewhere else ! But I would go back just to see her lol...... beautiful smile and friendly and wants u to be pleased ! That’s a real employee dedicated to her job !!

They also slipped down on my nose all the time giving me a headache. Super unprofessional and would do nothing about it. I spent over $700 on a pair of glasss and sunglasses that I hated but had to put up with because I had spent so much.
