  My experience with home instead was my family member had dementia and there was so many different nurses that came to care for her and I think that was very confusing for her ,one nurse was very good to her ,most were good but one girl flipped out when I asked her to do the dishes, that was unprofessional

  Home Instead has been amazing, they are caring, honest and always available 24/7. Chris works incredibly well with the V.A. In arranging and delivering services to Veterans. If you, or a family member is Vet that needs home services, I would not hesitate to contact them. Thanks

  I like the company a lot so far. Orientation was a breeze and the office workers are friendly and easy to talk to.

  Chris Waldman of Home Instead met with us to discuss the options for sitting with my mom. He was compassionate, patient and able to answer our questions professionally, as well as being sensitive to their stage of life, which required him to answer my parents’ questions in a way that would still preserve their dignity. Chris did everything he could to put their minds at ease and encourage them toward the next steps in my mom’s care. We appreciate your genuine commitment to providing quality and compassionate care to people who need specialized care at this stage of life. Kindness matters and Chris genuinely cares.   Home Instead, Williamsport has provded outstanding care to a relative and allowed her to remain in her home when otherwise this wouldn't have been possible. The caregiver is kind, loving and has become part of the family. The management team is always available for suggestions and also very flexible and understanding with scheduling and needs. I highly recommend Home Instead, Williamsport for your loved ones.
