  My husband has been with Miracle Ear, Wilkes-Barre for some time now. The office staff is superior, especially Charlene Connor. When my husband needed something to help him enjoy watching TV, she immediately provided him with a device that syncs with his hearing aids. Thank you, all, for consistently going above and beyond!

  They’re always very friendly, kind, helpful, and have a good sense of humor here, especially at the Wilkes-Barre PA one. They even deal with me rambling about random things. Haha. It’s easy to make the appointment, they even tested my hearing when I hadn’t had an appointment, I was tagging along with my grandmother. Definitely recommend them to anyone wanting their hearing checked, and you should even if you think your hearing is perfect.

  You think your spouse is suffering from “selective hearing”? Think again! The wonderful staff at Miracle Ear Wilkes Barre saved my marriage! After years of arguing with my hubby and accusing him of ignoring me, I dragged him in to the Pine Mall, albeit reluctantly, for an evaluation. The girls were so knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. Now, after having received his hearing aids we can finally indulge in sweet loving conversations once again. And he can no longer tell me that he “didn’t hear me” ask him to take out the garbage! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
