- SLSheena LDec 30, 20254.0SANDY (new employee not Sandra) is the ABSOLUTE BEST to work with! She is so patient, kind and extremely helpful. I always had a hard time speaking to the front desk because of their tone or attitude but Sandy is so empathetic. The other front desk staff need to take lessons from her especially the part-time employee who only works Saturdays. The Saturday employee wouldn’t NOT send me an email because she said it would TAKE HER TOO LONG (even though she expressed she has been there for years) when I saw an over paid amount on my receipt and asked for a refund the Saturday employee and the other employee responded back extremely rude saying “well you can’t get it today”, but Sandy she processed the refund right back to my card and went the extra mile for me. I am so thankful Sandy for Sandy and I truly think the other front desk associates needs to learn how to speak to patients from her. Sandy thank you again for everything! YOU ARE AMAZING! As for the part time Saturday employee she should ABSOLUTELY NOT be working alone if she can’t even send out an email, process a refund or being helpful to patients.
