- KKKimberly Kistler5 days ago5.0It was my first visit to Warby Parker in Whitehall, PA. I was greeted by friendly staff that explained the layout of the store/frames and I was left alone to browse. No one followed me around or pressured me into buying anything. I was able to find frames I liked in about 5 minutes and the checkout process was quick too. An enjoyable experience.

Since I was back in my hometown, I figured I’d finally check out the Lehigh Valley location….it’s been a long time coming! I’ve been a fan of Warby Parker for a while.. ever since I learned about the company’s history and commitment to quality, I’ve loved the brand. But Tiyana really made my experience today. She eased all of my worries about ordering new contacts and glasses. I had done a little research on the frame I wanted, and she helped make the whole process so easy. I could tell she really knew the product, and she was ready to help from the second I walked through the door. As a fellow retail employee, that’s something I always notice and really appreciate. Thank you so much, Tiyana. 🩷 I’ll definitely be back when my new Arlo glasses come in! And I still think you should get the sunglasses version for yourself!! you’d wear them so well. 😊
