After that we went to look for glasses and while 3 workers sat at their stations not one acknowledged us. We were browsing for a good 15 min before walking out with no service. Not one said “let me know how I can help you” “if you have any questions let us know”. We were ignored and I felt as though if I approached one of the 3 I would be a bother. This is not how customer service works, and now I have to take my son’s prescription and go to another place for his glasses. Not what a mama has time for. Doctor was great, customer service was terrible.
