- KCKathy CravenJul 2, 20265.0Our 100 year old, physically fragile Father came to Park Lane the first time following a hospitalization and with a support of knowledgeable and competent medical professionals. He recovered well and returned to his assisted living setting. Over the next months, he suffered a small stroke, returned to the hospital, and then returned for a second time to park lane. We are so happy with the level of care and the kindness of the staff. To a person, this is a wonderful place.

- TTTheVernon52Jun 1, 20263.0I. gave you a 3 out of 5 rating last Saturday morning because my mother who got there Friday night did not get her breakfast until 10:15 Saturday morning. Between 9 and 9:30 we told a couple of ladies that work there that she had not received it yet and they said they would take care of it. They didn't. Then after 10, a male nurse.came in to change her leg bandage and we told him about it, and by 10:15 the breakfast finally came. I wanted to bring it to your attention so it doesn't happen to someone else. Apparently it wasn't passed along that that bed was occupied the night before because if we hadn't brought it to there attention, breakfast would not have come. The wound dressing change man apologized for her being missed.
