  My mom is a patient at this facility. While it was a little challenging to get to, the moment I walked in I was greeted by a brightly lit lobby and a smiling face. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk me thru the check in process despite being busy. My mom's room looked very chic and nicely decorated. There was plenty of natural light with a nice view of neighborhood furry friends. The staff was incredibly patient with excellent bedside manner. I was a little apprehensive about my mom being at a post acute care facility due to past experiences at different facilities, however, I left my visit with a sense of calm and peace of mind that she was in good hands.

  Park Lane was exceptional acute care for my father. The facility is clean and tidy and administrative admissions, was very welcoming and informative. We feel extremely blessed to have seen an incredible progress in my father's health and wellness. We were very anxious about his condition but the nurses, introduced themselves each night, reviewed medications with us, and treated my dad with dignity and respect. We came to know them by name. I cannot say enough in regards to the kindness, care, and dignity shown by the aids. They would dress my dad, care for his bed and bath needs, and during the most vulnerable time in our lives, Park Lane provided us with so much support and care. PT and OT worked tirelessly with my dad and to see his progress over the last month is miraculous. The activities are designed to help patients engage with one another and seeing my dad eating with others, chatting, or playing a game took pressure off of family because we knew the staff was truly treating the whole person. I will miss seeing the staff at Park Lane, the world and my world is a better place because of the work they do. I am eternally grateful for the care and love they gave my dad.

  Mom, 92 was transferred to Park Lane Sunday afternoon after 24 hrs @ Paoli Hospital. She was Dx with Covid & was placed in quarantine in private room @ Park Lane Rehab. Jen, the MSW director & Jessica head of nursing were both informative & supportive for mom's recovery. Jen gave me an approximate time frame when Mom would be able to resume her PT & OT that she was receiving @ another Rehab facility for w weeks. The nurses I met were very sharp & very helpful regarding who I needed to speak with to resume mom's nebulizer treatments she had @ Paoli hospital. The whole facility looked very clean & organized. So far Im impressed with Park Lane. Most nursing Rehabs in the Chester County area that are profit driven do not have enough care givers to provide our relatives with adequate care !

  Visited a dear friend and she and her husband arranged for us to play Bridge and we had a wonderful time.. I think this experience cheered up the patient .

  All of the people working there are very nice and helpful. I think they take good care of their patients
