  We have been coming to this facility primarily for swim lessons, and I want to start by saying that Coach Brian is excellent. He is patient, professional, and has been the main reason we continued attending. Our child enjoys his classes, and we truly appreciate the work he does. Unfortunately, our experience with the facility itself has been very disappointing. The facility recently changed its rules for the outdoor pool, requiring parents to be members in order to be outside during lessons. To avoid any issues and make things easier, we purchased a one-year membership, even though we do not use the gym or any of the other facilities. Despite being paying members, we were recently forced to leave the outdoor pool area. Rather than simply verifying our membership with the front desk a process that would have taken only a moment the staff immediately became confrontational and spoke to us with a very poor attitude and tone. What made the situation even worse was that this happened in front of our 6-year-old child. There are ways to enforce policies while still treating people with respect. Instead of assuming we were violating the rules, staff could have taken a minute to confirm our membership status before creating an unnecessary and embarrassing situation. The swim program is wonderful because of Coach Brian, but the way we were treated by staff left us feeling unwelcome and extremely disappointed and will not be attending anymore. Customer service and basic courtesy should not be this difficult.

  Paul needs to be out as GM. He doesn’t know how to run a business. shows zero sense of urgency when it comes to broken equipment. Machines stay out of order forever, and members are just expected to deal with it. The customer service is terrible too. If you’re not a young girl, half the staff won’t even acknowledge you. The front desk employees are completely clueless and need to call a manager for the simplest tasks. For a gym that costs this much, you would expect staff to be properly trained. The café is honestly disgusting. I feel bad for the employees working there because they’re all good people, but the place lacks structure and cleanliness. The vents are covered in dirt and dust, and it’s literally falling into people’s food while they eat. The showers are filled with mold and clearly not being cleaned properly. Paul also needs to get off his phone and stop sitting around. Walk the floor, talk to your members, and actually pay attention to the condition of the club and the concerns people have. This place has potential, but the management is dragging it down badly.

  Love ACAC! We’ve been members for three years and have loved our experience so far. It’s clean, friendly, and there’s plenty of options to explore. The swim lessons have been great for my daughter and we truly enjoy being members at this club!

  Got my life together and got strong st the amazing gym! Clean and friendly staff. They get to know you and care! Lavander towels are a nice bonus.

  The gym is usually clean, which I appreciated, and the eucalyptus oil towels are a really nice touch that makes the experience feel a bit more upscale. That said, it gets very crowded during peak hours, both in the gym and the parking lot, which can be frustrating. The biggest issue for me was with the group fitness classes. Members are supposed to sign up in advance, but it doesn’t seem like that system is actually enforced. There were multiple times I signed up for a class and still couldn’t get a spot because it was already full when I arrived. It’s unclear whether the problem is that the class size exceeds the room capacity or if people are just showing up without registering and taking up space. I originally joined specifically for the group classes, so not being able to reliably participate was a dealbreaker. On top of that, the class schedule didn’t align well with my availability. After a few months of dealing with these issues, I decided to cancel my membership.
