I have managed to lose my hearing aides twice and Rick is quick to get me in and get the problem taken care of quickly and efficiently. The product has improved my hearing and thus my quality of life immensely. Have purchased hearing aides twice and am getting ready to consider my third set.

He always goes above and beyond to help me. Now, Kate has been added to the staff. She is a marvelous addition to the staff. She is friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, a total joy to work with. She fixed a problem that I have had in next to seconds not minutes. There are only 3 people in this office with Jackie as the receptionist. They are a well oiled machine. If upper management ever broke up this team I would suggest they see a psychiatrist! In my book they get more than 5 stars!
