  This studio has really gone downhill. I've taken over 50 classes here, so I'm not someone who is leaving a review after one bad experience. Unfortunately, there are only a couple of teachers left that I really enjoy, and the studio just doesn't seem to be managed well anymore. The final straw was being charged $210 on June 15 without my permission. I never asked to buy more credits, and no credits were even added to my account. I've been calling every few days for almost a month, and while the girls at the front desk have always been friendly and apologetic, they say they can't do anything without the manager. The manager has known about this for weeks and still hasn't returned a single phone call. Mistakes happen—I get that. But completely ignoring a loyal customer who has supported your business for years is not okay. Buyer beware. If something goes wrong with your account, don't expect anyone in management to call you back or make it right.

  I love the Restore class on Monday evenings. It’s a great way to end the day on Mondays. Lindsay is an awesome teacher, patient and easy to follow.

  I echo the poor customer service that some have experienced at this studio. Had a very disappointing class and provided feedback. Requested that I be reimbursed for my class package or let me transfer it to someone else. No response despite multiple emails and texts over several weeks. Highly unprofessional. Hope others do not have the same disappointing experience.
