- MHMadison HallAug 29, 20262.0I really did love the classes and instructors but the customer service is not great. I originally had a membership but wanted to cancel it due to finding a studio that offered a variety of classes not just yoga. I reached out to cancel my membership and it took weeks to get a response. Once I heard back, I had to fill out a google form which I did immediately. My membership was still active and ended up being charged for the month. I would have considered popping in for a class but the service is not worth it. It’s upsetting because it’s a nice space with welcoming instructors.

I believe everyone should receive the same level of courtesy and respect regardless of their skin color or background. I hope management takes this concern seriously and works to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully. I did enjoy the physical activity. However, I would try a different location next time.

- HLhaley leeAug 4, 20261.0Customer service is not great….I have been trying to contact or someone to help me with canceling my membership and obtaining information regarding the cancellation for about 2 weeks now and each time I call to speak to a manager I’m either told that she will call first thing in the morning, or that she will be in within an hour to call back, or to leave my info and they will get back to me and I’ve received nothing back. This is frustrating and I just want to cancel my membership and stop being charged.
