- HLhaley leeAug 4, 20261.0Customer service is not great….I have been trying to contact or someone to help me with canceling my membership and obtaining information regarding the cancellation for about 2 weeks now and each time I call to speak to a manager I’m either told that she will call first thing in the morning, or that she will be in within an hour to call back, or to leave my info and they will get back to me and I’ve received nothing back. This is frustrating and I just want to cancel my membership and stop being charged.
