I even got a cute little coffee mug! I’m really excited to be a patient at this practice. Everyone is so welcoming and the Dentist was so nice and personable. Thank you so much for being so kind🖤

- KHKristen HagaMay 20, 20261.0The billing at Keelan in Mars is a joke. I made a double appt as a new patient so I could do the new patient thing and then get my teeth cleaned. Billing (Anna) took my id and insurance card then said “you’ll pay out of pocket because you don’t have any coverage”. I know that’s not true as I’ve had the same dental coverage for 27 years. I went to the car, called my insurance company and verified my coverage. I took my phone back inside to Anna to prove that I was lying as she insinuated and then left. Yes, I have dental coverage, I proved it and didn’t even get apology from Anna. If the front desk staff is that rude, I can’t imagine how the providers perform. This place is almost as bad as Aspen Dental. Keelan doesn’t want new patients. Save your time and money. Currently, I’ve been on hold for 12 min with Keelan in Butler because they made the appointment for me, just to try to understand why the billing person lied to me and why they treat people so horribly. They can’t or won’t answer me so they keep me on hold listening to their circus music.
