The entire process was smooth and seamless. Sierra did all the testing and explained everything in detail about what and why she was doing it thoroughly. The telemedicine part was a little strange at first being in the office space with no physical doctor present, but after going through with it it truly made no difference and was overall extremely happy with my exam. Jen helped me pick out some frames with a wider selection than I was expecting to fit my petite size. So I sit here excited for them to come in! I would 100% recommend coming here.
