  I saw reviews talking about how bad the virtual setup is. It's ridiculous how an extra person NOT being in the room makes some people feel. There's still a knowledgeable person in the room with you guiding you through, explaining everything that needs to be explained, doing all the tests that needs done. The virtual setup is purely for the vision correcting steps themselves, which instead of being operated by hand in-office, is operated remotely by the technician(?). They are on video call with you through that WHOLE part of the process, and then a doctor even comes on to explain the tests that were done IN OFFICE to exam your eyes moments prior. The whole process still felt very natural, and no problems occurred, I even walked away with more knowledge than I expected thanks to everyone involved knowing what theirs jobs are and how to perform them. The lady in the room doing the tests made it feel less like I was going through a machine with the usual boring motions. She was very pleasant to converse with and proficient at making sure the necessary tests were done properly, and explaining what she was needing to do for each one. Sorry I forgot your name too quickly! 😅 Jennifer, who handled ordering my prescription and set up my appointment (several times over the past few months, without losing her patience!) was equally delightful to deal with. Thank you so much for helping me find what looked, and felt, the best for me this time around! I plan to come back for all my future lense needs! A lot of appreciation to the doctor and technician who performed the remote parts of the exam as well! You don't get NEARLY enough credit for what you do, even from outside the office! Some of these people just need to learn to ask the right questions and not get so upset because times have changed!

  Great ladies working in store. Very helpful. However the price of glasses was astronomical.

  The Uniontown store was clean and both seirra and Jennifer answered every question I had. Prob one if the best eye appointments I’ve ever had and look forward to going back very comfortable and professional
