- JWJanelle WillisAug 20, 20222.0I cannot tell you the last time a week was fully staffed. My grandmother is often times left with no help, meaning that after my full-time job, secondary part-time job, and aside from having my own two children and household to care for, I then have to make sure she is taken care of as well in between all of those other things. It is absolutely ridiculous. The agency made her quarantine last week, even though CDC guidelines state that she should not have had to. She's been out of their quarantine for days and yet no aide yesterday because the aide "didn't know quarantine was over " and then had no babysitter so she couldn't work. Today, no aide yet again. I'm disgusted.
