She was able to explain what all the tests were for and how my prescription was set up. The staff at the Lenscrafters were also very polite and attentive. Highly recommend.

Ibrianna was very fast in helping me find a fitting and attractive pair of eyeglasses as well, especially since I had no idea what might fit well with my face shape, etc. It was actually a thorough and enjoyable experience. I will be bringing two family members here soon. My thanks to the team that helped me all around!

My daughter (7) decided she was going to just guess the letters for her eye exam, instead of reading the letters like she was supposed to be doing, and this poor woman helped us for around an hour trying to get the exam completed correctly. We're definitely going to keep coming to this location in the future to support a business that made us feel welcomed and respected, and that has people that legitimately care and like helping people correct their vision. Highly recommend is an understatement.
