  Bridgette is the kind of provider you hope for but rarely find. She actually listens — and not in a checklist way. She treats me as a partner in my own care, takes my ideas and concerns seriously, and is willing to step outside her usual approach when she believes it's what's best for my health. That kind of intellectual honesty and clinical flexibility is rare. Appointments are reliably available when I need them, and my mental health is the best it's been in years. I can't recommend her highly enough.

  Bridgette ordered relevant blood tests and quickly diagnosed and treated deficiencies. The resultant improvements in my mental state have been life changing. I highly recommend this practice.

  My experience here has been good. Bridgette is very nice, and she helped me resolve my issues quickly and has kept those issues resolved. Appointments are always accessible, even when I've had to cancel a day prior, so I really appreciate it. Even after I moved home, she's kept me as a client on Telehealth since I'm in the same state. Highly recommend!

  I couldn't be happier with the care I received by Bridgette Nelson at Trilessence. She is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled in her field, but she also genuinely cares about her patients well-being. I have never had such compassionate and detailed care! I highly recommend Trilessence!
