- LVlinda volpeApr 23, 20265.0My Mom is 92 and it is very hard for me to get her to Miracle Ear. Her hearing aids were not working right and they needed cleaning and servicing. I spoke with Jammie at the front desk and she was very helpful. She checked out the hearing aids, cleaned them, and serviced them. I was so thankful for her help. This will make my Mom's life so much better. Jammie was the best!

Bridget readjusted my new hearing aids to ensure more clarity and also to improve my overall hearing, as I had noticed I was no longer hearing well in conversations and when watching television. Jammie calls to give appointment reminders. She is very pleasant on the phone and in person. Both have also assisted me in using the Miracle Ear app. I am very satisfied with the service I receive as well as the performance of the hearing aids.
