  First let me preface this review with this: Dr. Doersam is GREAT! He is an amazing dentist and great with kids. This would be a 5 star review if it was just about him. I’m leaving 2 stars because of some of the administrative personnel. So we got a huge bill from this office & decided to do a payment plan of $100 a month. I’ve had multiple issues with this. First, they charged me twice in one month because for some reason my card didn’t work the first time they ran it. Soo maybe two weeks later (when we’re in a different month), they run it TWICE and it goes through. NO PHONE CALL telling me this was happening or asking me if they could do this. I just go into my account and see I got charged twice!! I had to call them and confront them about this and ask why this happened. That’s when I was told my card showed declined for some reason. I said, that shouldn’t have happened, but if it does again for whatever reason- please CALL ME and tell me what’s going on. Don’t just run my card twice. Also, my last payment I got charged almost 1.5 times the amount I should have. Thankfully, $40 doesn’t make or break me (but they don’t know that!!!). Again, I had to call them because they didn’t call me and ASK ME if they could charge me more than my payment plan in order to have this be my last payment. I don’t even have experience in financial payment plans and I KNOW that if you charge more- you call people and ASK not just do it. You need to communicate with people! Do better!! So if you have a payment plan- make sure you stay aware of your account and the charges.

  Was a patient here along with my three children and husband for several years. We were satisfied with the care, mostly. However in the last year the office has really changed. We had an insurance change which resulted in their staff treating us like we were second rate citizens. My young child had a tooth emergency and when I called they stated she could not be seen for several months because there was no availability. When I pressed, it turns out there was availability they just did not want to see her due to our insurance change. I understand they need to make money- but this was a child, established patient, and they were trying to push us off. Not acceptable.

  As usual a pleasant visit today. It’s not always you enjoy dentist appointments but I actually do. Everybody is friendly, like family. Even when you call with a problem you get quick responses. But let’s hope we don’t see you again till December!

  Dentist is rude and insulting to both me and other employees. Also he is extremely rough, seemingly giving no restraint for my comforts sake and just digs with full force, even just for examinations. Avoid going here if you can help it.
