  Once again, my referrals are not being sent. The doctor puts the order in the system and whoevers job it is to then fulfill that referral order just isnt doing it. This happens to me constantly at Montgomery Medical. I really don't want to find a new office but I'm starting to feel like I don't have a choice. I have been having to call the referral office to see if my referral has been received. Then I have to call Montgomery Medical to tell them they never sent it and Ive had to call multiple times to get them to send each referral when Ive had them. I really don't get it.

  I’m a new patient at Montgomery Medical, and I want to share how impressed I’ve been from day one. This is truly one of the friendliest medical offices I’ve ever visited…if not *the* friendliest. All of the front desk clerks are extremely nice, but I do want to specifically mention Monica. She is always upbeat, welcoming, and sets the tone the moment you walk in. Her kindness really stands out. Every aide I’ve interacted with has been kind, patient, and respectful. Nathan, my PA, has been outstanding. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. You’re treated like a person, not an appointment slot. I highly recommend Montgomery Medical to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and genuinely warm medical team. Thank you, Kurtis

  Best care I’ve ever received. Vicky and Brenda are professional and delightful. Dr. Goisse is a genuine healer, full of grace and compassion. Run, don’t walk to this facility. You will be impressed.

  This is a wonderful facility, Mike is my PCP and I couldn't be happier he listens, and is easy to talk to and doesn't get upset when I curse sometimes, the same day side is just as nice, quick and attentive to your needs, highly recommend Montgomery Medical to anyone looking for a new doctor.

  I was just schedule for a 2:15 appointment I called to say I was on my way not even 10 minutes trying to be decent and was told I had to reschedule. I have sat in the waiting room for an hour past my schedule appointment never once did I complain. I have sat in the exam room over an hour for them to tell me they no longer accept my insurance. I will be rescheduling my appointment but it will definitely be with another office. I know that I was going to be late for my appointment and they don't have to cater to me but after all the time I have given them and they can't give me a lousy 10 minutes Lost my business forever sorry not sorry Tonya McFadden
