Today was almost a bad customer experience. My own. I ordered some energy drinks with a huge sale and it all seemed great. Less than a dollar each when buying 2 cases and pick up myself in the store. I arrived today to collect my deal of the century from Shrewsbury GNC location. Bad news. No order to pick up. They (the morning guy) canceled it 2 days ago and forgot to tell (email me) me. While speaking to me the gentlemen behind the counter called his District Manager and then GNC customer service on my behalf and straightened out everything. He got my points uploaded back to my account, refunded my money and even though the sale was over honored the sale price with a 10% discount. It was even a dollar cheaper than it was the first time (Alani energy drinks at 90 cents each, awesome and yes please!). This purple cotton candy one is just crazy delicious. :) I can't say enough about how kind and helpfull this guy was. He deserves recognition from GNC and his boss. Thank you sir for helping me out tonight. Now I have 24 more servings and will be back to shop with you again. GREAT JOB!

I have gone twice now on two different days and times to try and pick up an order and both times I have gone there is a sign on the door that has a will return by. So I am not able to pick up my order. Very frustrating especially when the store is supposed to be open.

My boyfriend and I are long term GNC customers and usually just pop in a few times for supplements, protein, etc. Every time we go in there, we’re usually greeted, and asked if we need help, sometimes we strike up a conversation. Today we just walked in for the buy one get one 50% off and were not welcomed or greeted at all. The girl at the front desk was on her phone the entire time and we asked if the deal applied to everything and she responded in a rude way. My boyfriend asked her another question and she just did not respond at all and was on her phone. We would’ve bought some stuff but we felt like our presence was annoying her. Very lame customer service.
