- AFAndrew FairclothJul 24, 20265.0Today was almost a bad customer experience. My own. I ordered some energy drinks with a huge sale and it all seemed great. Less than a dollar each when buying 2 cases and pick up myself in the store. I arrived today to collect my deal of the century from Shrewsbury GNC location. Bad news. No order to pick up. They (the morning guy) canceled it 2 days ago and forgot to tell (email me) me. While speaking to me the gentlemen behind the counter called his District Manager and then GNC customer service on my behalf and straightened out everything. He got my points uploaded back to my account, refunded my money and even though the sale was over honored the sale price with a 10% discount. It was even a dollar cheaper than it was the first time (Alani energy drinks at 90 cents each, awesome and yes please!). This purple cotton candy one is just crazy delicious. :) I can't say enough about how kind and helpfull this guy was. He deserves recognition from GNC and his boss. Thank you sir for helping me out tonight. Now I have 24 more servings and will be back to shop with you again. GREAT JOB!

So I am not able to pick up my order. Very frustrating especially when the store is supposed to be open.
