StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Sewickley offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

StretchLab Sewickley has been an absolute lifesaver for my routine. I came in dealing with a weak, chronically tight QL (quadratus lumborum) that was impacting my training, and I am already seeing a massive improvement in my core stability, hip mobility, and overall recovery time. A year ago, I was popping Ibuprofen and now I don't. Everyone on the staff is fantastic and highly professional, but Carli and Shawn are my absolute favorites. They are incredibly knowledgeable, take the time to listen to my training load for the week, and know exactly how to target the right areas to keep me moving efficiently and injury-free. The custom, assisted stretching sessions here go so much deeper than anything you can do on your own. If you’re an athlete looking to stay at the top of your game, I cannot recommend StretchLab Sewickley enough.
