- BSBrittaney StaplesJun 4, 20265.0I recently started using this pharmacy, and the ladies there have been incredibly kind and helpful. They genuinely care about their customers and go out of their way to help however they can. It's so refreshing to have pharmacists and technicians who are friendly and compassionate. The experience has been a complete contrast to my time at CVS, where I often felt like customer service wasn't a priority and the pharmacist & techs at CVS were always miserable and never helpful! Also, when you call Giant, you get a real person right away—no having to talk to a robot, like you do at CVS! 🙂
