  Yesterday was my first visit To RG Dental Group and it was a great experience. Everyone was very attentive and thorough in their examination of my teeth. The attention to detail that was given in the exams both by the hygienist, Amanda, and the dentist, Dr. Geuntter, was outstanding. They both took time to thoroughly explain what was happening to my teeth and the various ways that we could attend to the issues. All of my questions were answered in a way that I understood exactly what was happening.

  I originally had an appointment scheduled for 6:00 and at the time of booking adressed that I had two possible cavities that needed to be addressed. The Woman Janelle who i originally talked to was so sweet It wasnt her that was the issue for the record . On friday early afternoon I was called to see if I could change my appointment time or come in earlier by some woman (sounded very young and disrespectful) to see if I could change my appointment time so they could treat the potential issues.. to which I told her I could come in at 4:45 and she said no like 11:00 when I said I couldnt make that time and that I would like to reschedule my appointment to a time when I could receive the treatment as well she said no then we will have to charge you for cancelation of this appointment.. Im sorry what ? it was alotted in the two buisness day notice as well seeing as Saturday is an operational day for them . And I wasnt the one trying to move it in tbe FIRST PLACE! Sorry that should of been brought to my attention at the time of booking. The Women was so rude. I myself am a patient coordinator as well and I would NEVER treat patients that way . I"d lose my job. How are you going to try to move my appointment then charge me a cancelation when that time doesnt work for me and I was under the impression that the time I booked was for possible treatment as well. OTHERWISE whats the point of an appointment? I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and how uncomfortable they make you feel .I will be going elsewhere just like the previous patient who recommended this place to me.
