- MMMelody MaliaJul 15, 20261.0My mom has gotten care since Oct.2024. Communication with family has been very difficult. There needs to be more communication between staff,office staff and family. There was no connection with medical agencies when needed. Many promises were made in care plan. And today we discovered when trying to get her car repaired due to air conditioning not working all summer and could only get Aug. 4 date only to find the radiator was bent due to an impact over a curb. Today only my mom told me a caregiver drove her car to take her to an appointment and caused the car problem back in June. Nothing was documented.

There are not many agencies that service the area my father lived in, so I was so grateful when Comfort Keepers said they would help! The entire team was amazing..organized, caring, communicative throughout the entire process. I loved the online family portal and that they were always available, weekends and holidays, and always flexible. My father’s last few months were able to be cared for at home and Comfort Keepers was a huge part in making that happen for him. I will be forever grateful to Jenn and her entire team! Thank you!

I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of Caregiver needs. Dave was very thorough when asking what specific needs we were looking for to assist in taking care of my mother and worked with getting an aid out within 24 hours. You will not be disappointed with their service as the aids displayed compassion as well as attention to detail while being at our home for each shift!
